Refund and Returns Policy
We apologize that you have to cancel your Lantern Festival experience!
Here is everything you need to know about our cancellation policy in the event that you decide to cancel your reservation:
- The Events Tickets cannot make a cancellation after we sent the E-tickets to your email. But can change The Name On Tickets and send us the new name as soon as possible or at least 20+ days prior to event
- All seats reserved are subject to be no refundable accept in case of natural disaster, such as flood, forest fire, earthquake. There is no refundable, in case of heavy rain that cause the Lanterns operation can not be held. Or we will wait until the rain stops to continue the operation as possible
- The guest will receive a full refund if we cancels an event.
